To bolster the restoration of historic housing in Mt. Vernon, Ohio, the Mt. Vernon ReHHUP program provides access to capital for housing improvements. NDC works with homeowners to develop design solutions that balance responsive and stylistic solutions with cost effective materials.

Solutions have ranged from the selection of historically appropriate color schemes to the restoration of original architectural details, as well as site enhancements that highlight historical structures.
