The 2026 CoLab Studio, in partnership with the Columbus Metropolitan Library and America Community Facelift Corp, have transformed an opportunity site on Linden's Cleveland Ave into a space for wellness, beauty, and community.
Welcome to Linden.
After a decade of historic reinvestments in one of Columbus' oldest neighborhoods, Linden's next landmark is on its way. Located at the heart of the neighborhood, the Serenity Space will bring a new light to the Linden community.
Visiting the site:
This CoLab Studio project is located just south of the Columbus Metropolitan Library, Linden Branch. Parking is available at both the library and on the street. The site is also served by COTA's CMAX.
11 leaders, 7 weeks, one site.
All aged 14-18, these Columbus kids are changing our community. As part of their paid experience at the CoLab Studio, they designed and implemented a project meant to beautify their community.

Full circle for the Linden neighborhood.
CoLab Studio 26 builds off growing community momentum for Linden. With the 2021 completion of the One Linden Plan, followed by the announcement of the Linden Green Line, Serenity Space serves as yet another NDC investment in the neighborhood.

A community vision, realized.
Designed and built by 11 high school interns, Serenity Space was a part of a 7-week intensive that challenged youth to collaborate with clients, contextualize neighborhood history, and translate their ideas into action.
